Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Sosulo ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use sosulo.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@sosulo.com.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to create and deliver your plan:

Quiz responses. Information you enter about your goals, training preferences, and physical details such as age, height, weight, and activity level.
Email address. So we can send you a link to your plan.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded.
Basic technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) used for security and to prevent abuse.

How we use your information

To generate your personalised training and nutrition plan.
To deliver your plan and send you the link by email.
To process your payment.
To protect the service against fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Service providers we share data with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run Sosulo. Each receives only the data needed to do its job:

Anthropic - generates your plan from your quiz responses.
Stripe - processes your payment.
Resend - sends your plan to you by email.
Hostinger - hosts the website and database.

How long we keep it

We store your plan and the quiz responses used to create it so that your plan link keeps working. If you would like your data deleted, email us at hello@sosulo.com and we will remove it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@sosulo.com.

Children

Sosulo is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
